Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Hvar

Lidija was wonderful to work with. Her property was pristine and in the heart of Hvar. It was a perfect location!

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Ivana’s place was perfect for our stay in Hvar. It was the cutest Airbnb with a really cute Mediterranean garden and Ivana was so so helpful with all the local recommendations and being flexible with our check in. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for Hvar as it’s private and peaceful but just a 10 minute walk away from the main center.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the port had stunning views. It was very safe and people were nice. The place had what we needed the bed was comfortable.

Dear Valerie, dear Dani, Our stay in your lovingly built and furnished holiday home was indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed the 5 days very much and felt comfortable. Our dog, too, by the way! Everything was super clean, very quiet on the outskirts. The view is amazing! Thank you very much for the nice contact with you, the great tips and yet it was never intrusive, we were completely undisturbed. The information folder was also very helpful. We can therefore highly recommend the accommodation for all those seeking peace and relaxation. Nevertheless, the beautiful beaches and the cities of Hvar and Stari Grad, which are worth seeing, are not far away and easy to reach by car. Love, Christiane and Alexander

We had the most wonderful stay at villa bella. The photos do not do it justice, it has the most breathtaking views. It’s so well priced seeing as it has the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The villa was completely spotless, spacious and so homely. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Filip is the most amazing host! I stayed with my grandparents, they arrived before me, Filip picked my grandparents up from the ferry and settled them in. He also went above and beyond, took them food shopping, helped them book taxis and the ferry back. He also met my husband and I at the ferry and helped us to a taxi. He was here early morning every morning to clean the pool. I was always asleep but my nan was normally up and she loved their little chats, she thinks he’s wonderful! He also brought croissants He is honestly so amazing and so kind and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.

Our stay at Mia’s place was great. Communication with Mia was excellent from the start, very responsive and helpful, which made planning our arrival super easy. We chose the self check-in option and it couldn’t have been more straightforward. Everything was clearly explained and went smoothly. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, with a beautiful view of the fortress. The island itself is beautiful. We’re already planning another trip and will be sure to stay at one of Mia’s places again. Thank you Mia 😇 James and Megan 🫶🏻

We’ve had the best time at Antonia’s place in Hvar! Clear communication and always there if we need any help or local recommendations. Beautiful, light, clean and large apartment. Great balcony with a view. A free bottle of homemade wine in the fridge was such a nice touch! Antonia went over and above to help us!!! Doing kind gestures that we have never had any host do for us before. We had the best time at this apartment and can’t wait to be back! They pick you up and drop you off when you arrive so no bags carried. Book this apartment and your time in Hvar will be perfect. Everything you can want!

Petar and Ivana are excellent hosts. They picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived, as we arrived without a car, and also dropped us off there on departure. We got a detailed introduction to everything - including which beaches the locals go to, etc. The apartment is very well equipped and there is also equipment for the beach - beach towels and mats, even bathing shoes, if you like. I wouldn't have needed to bring a lot with me. Basic food such as olive oil, pepper and salt are also available. The apartment is very clean and new, you sleep fantastically on the bed. The beach or various bathing places can be reached in a short time. There is also a supermarket around the corner - but I recommend the Konzum in the city, which is cheaper. Mosquito nets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Happily again!

The view from the apartment was unmatched. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony every night. Ana was very helpful as well. She checked on our arrival time and arranged our pick up from the harbor which was much appreciated. Her dad came with his car and picked us up and drove us uphill. it would have been a challenge to drag our luggages up. Her dad also took us back down when we had to leave early on check out day. She let us check in early and have us a thorough walk through and lots of recommendations. The place is about 15 minutes walk uphill when you come back from town. going into town is all downhill and easy.

If you are staying in hvar you must stay with Eni! Eni was the best host we have ever had on airbnb- she went the extra mile at every opportunity. From picking us up from the ferry and giving us a little tour in her vintage Renault, to providing homemade shots on arrival - Eni was faultless! The apartment was incredible and we don’t think you can get a better view of hvar - we climbed both fortresses so can confirm! Thanks Eni and hopefully we will return one day :)

We had the best time on Stari Grad! The accommodations were lovely and Marija’s offerings and recommendations made our stay more enjoyable. She was a very warm and welcoming host. If we ever make it back to Stari Grad, we would love to stay with her again.

Katija was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. The apartment had beautiful views and the location was perfect for evening strolls and access to the rocky beaches. Well equipped kitchen but unfortunately we didn't have reception to cable tv in the evenings, which wasn't a problem as we enjoyed sitting on the small balcony with a glass of wine. Thank you Katija.

Great stay and very good check in process. Location is perfect, just make sure you can walk your luggage up several flights of stairs.

12 days in paradise! We loved staying here and will definitely come back next year. Tanja was absolutely amazing and responded quickly. She was also very flexible at check-in and check-out. We're going to miss the place and the view. If you are going to Hvar, this place is perfect and is within walking distance to everything you need! Many nice beaches nearby, and convenient with a restaurant and grocery store in the neighboring building.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Slavica was outstanding rom the very first moment of booking. Clear and prompt communication throughout with some fantastic local recommendations. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and it was nice to be given new towels throughout our stay. I would also recommend having a coffee or drink with Slavica and husband Ed. Lovely people with a fantastic story. Would definitely recommend to other friends.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

Our stay at the accommodation was fantastic, very clean and pleasant! The kitchen was very good ripped out with everything we needed to cook. Close to several beaches and the boardwalk was very nice! Marija was very helpful as a host!

We had a lovely stay at Anamarija's. The flat was very nice, new, and well stocked. The location was great, close to beaches, the port, and restaurants. Anamarija was responsive and helpful, and also provided all the extras needed for a baby. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodation if you want peace of mind. Everything was available at the accommodation, the sea is close by. There is also a private dive into the sea in front of the accommodation. Terribly quiet place Milna and the bigger cities are very quickly accessible by car. Perfect choice, I can only recommend it.

Great value for money, around 20 minute chill walk to town, is lovely along the coastline. Nice pizza place beside it also good value
