Waterfront holiday rentals in Grad Hvar

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment! Margita was such a lovely host and she has such a beautiful space. The apartment is spacious with a super cozy bed and tons of bright windows. The location is incredible, just a short walk to the port, beach, and restaurants. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and washer, as well as the garage parking spot. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Hvar!

This was such an amazing stay. Toni was so easy to communicate with and made sure we arrived safely. He provided super clear instructions on how to get to the location even though it is in the absolute city center, it was so easy to find. The place was super clean and sanitry, and I loved all of the ammenities provided. Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Booked last minute but our host Vedran was very attentive and gave as plenty of recommendations for everything from eating spots to boat hire. The location is perfect and the place is has everything you need including comfort. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views. Peaceful, very comfortable and a short flat 20 minute walk into central Hvar. Ante and his family were lovely, so helpful and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay again - close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to avoid the noise and hustle. Perfect!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The apartment is quite a way up a hill and 75 steps when making your way from the town, but kept the fitness levels up!!! We loved the feature mirror on the large balcony and the sunsets were amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE - top Airbnb in Hvar (or possibly the whole world) Best view on the entire island. Absolutely amazing hosts and amazing accommodations, super clean and quaint place. renting scooters to get around was a game changer, bring snacks for the kitties :) taxi recommendation from host was easy to call up to get for nights out. you’re the only residents on the hill so enjoyed the privacy yet easily accessibility to Hvar and Milna via 5-10min scooter ride. Literally cannot say more about how awesome this place / experience was!!!! Wish we could include pictures of the view from the living room because it was breathe-taking. Would ONLY stay here when we return :) a few steps to climb and probably not recommended for older folks who can’t haul luggage up but totally worth it for the view, the house, and the amazing hosts if you’re able. We’ll be back next time!

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone. We were super comfortable here and the balcony was Everything 🙌. The view and location is perfect. Car space right at your door. The bed was super comfy too. Kids were happy is a seperate room with the sofa bed. Very clean also. We will definitely return in future. The two Aircon’s are great. We Loved our stay 😊

Our experience at this place was completely positive. The apartment is on two floors and has enough space for four. Particularly impressive was the beautiful sea view from the balcony – the perfect place to end the day with a breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The size is ideal for a group or a family without feeling cramped. The proximity to the beach and the city center is unbeatable – both within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped so there was nothing missing to prepare meals yourself. All in all, a great place to stay that we can highly recommend. We would come back anytime!

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

Even better than in the photos! The apartment is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the center by scooter. The view is absolutely stunning, and the place is very functional. On top of that, the hosts are extremely welcoming — they picked me up from the ferry when I arrived and dropped me off when I left. No need for a taxi. I 100% recommend this place

Do not hesitate to book this place! Maja was awesome when it came to checking in and out, the place itself was gorgeous and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was not only beautiful but had perfect water pressure! The house is a 20min walk from the center and the views are so amazing the walk feels much less! As for the views, they are to die for! You also have access to the water right in front of the house. We loved this space and will 100% be booking again if we ever come back.

The cottage was very nice, well cleaned and very nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home. We had a large terrace where you got spectacular sunrise in the morning,it was good to spend the afternoon and evening when it got too hot on the beach. The garden is beautifully maintained and is full of flowers that attracts very beautiful butterflies. The Jacuzzi was also great with views of the sea and in the evening you can BbQ ‘n with a nice terrace , sea view. A washing machine is also available. We enjoyed the tranquility, the great panorama and the clear sea for 5 days. Thank you for the very nice holiday, the tranquility in the beautiful cottage. We will definitely come back. The most amazing hosts that go the extra step to make you feel at home and have all the conveniences, and also provided a list of local recommendations. We were even able to do a small load of laundry! Amazing view and quiet area, 15-20 minutes walk to Hvar old town along the waterfront. Easy access to parking. Very clean place and spacious. 200 stairs to the waterfront (5 mins walk) so not accessible but you also don’t need a high level of fitness. Would definitely recommend!
