Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Graça

The space is large, the decoration is beautiful, the view outside the window is beautiful, clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully equipped, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the ferry station, and it is convenient to take the boat to the old city on the other side.There is a parking lot next to the house, and the parking fee is very cheap.

Mauricio and Co were very helpful in accommodating me and my friends when we visited, the property was in a nice neighbourhood and the house itself was amazing inside and out. Would recommend if you’re looking to visit Lisbon.

The house is cosy and spacious, with its own private garden. It is close to the metro and not far from Lisbon's famous tram 28. The supply of what you need in the house is complete. I recommend the stay. The only point to note: to access 3 of the 4 rooms there is a staircase, as they are on the 1st floor. Personally, I appreciated the paintings on the walls, it's a house with a beautiful personality!

Perfect location for a two week stay. Quiet, safe, and peaceful property. 5 min walk to a grocery store and 40 min walk to a beautiful beach. Close to Lisbon via Bolt or Uber. Full kitchen to cook meals, dishwasher, laundry, stocked bathroom amenities. Felt right at home. Ricardo was friendly and responsive. He went above and beyond helping us during the power outage week and even came to check on us. Excellent communication and responsive when we needed help. All amenities were present enough for at least a few days. Bring or plan to buy more if staying for longer. It was our first time in Portugal and we really enjoyed our stay!

A very nice house with a nice swimming pool. A minute or 10 drive from the beach and a small half hour to the centre of Lisbon. The owner is easily accessible and answers all the questions you have and can also give all kinds of tips on what to do.

Very nice accommodation, quiet and perfectly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. Only 5 minutes from the beach by Uber, the location is great! Sandra is a very responsive and caring host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything, I would recommend it without hesitation!

One of my favourite AirBnB's I've ever stayed in! We were greeted at the door by Jean-Michel who was incredibly friendly and gave us a tour upon arrival. The place is spacious with all the amenities you could need. The location is a little out of the centre so you'll be reliant on taxis or public transport (which can be iffy). The terrace could do with a bit of TLC but it's still a nice place to chill when the weather is good. And how could I not mention Khattoum? She's a beautiful cat who is very friendly and quickly became attached to us. It was a real shame to have to leave her. Overall, if you don't mind not being in a central location, I'd 100% recommend this apartment!

Great apartment proximity to Lisbon with everything you might need for your stay. Brilliant value for money and extremely comfortable but would suggest to have a car since ferry schedule is quite open on the weekends (ferry to Lisbon goes every few hours in w/e and much more often on weekends days). There is a nice modern Asian restaurant in front of the apartment (with delicious food) though they have loud electronic music playing until 11pm so bear in mind if you are sensitive to noise and going to sleep earlier. Would highly recommend if you want to stay a bit further from Lisbon in a quieter area 1 min from the water side.

Ana and Manuela were great host. Greeted us and responded to our inquires, when need be, in a timely manner. Unit was clean, comfortable and in a safe and great location with several bus stops within steps. The only recommendation I would give is to ask about the Washer/Dryer instructions ahead of time. We couldn't get our cloths to dry. Washer kept restarting the complete wash cycle over and over again, having to stop it multiple times and having to air dry our cloths. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Every time you look out the window, you’re met with a breathtaking view that photos simply can’t capture. Some advantages: the location is excellent. If you’re planning to explore the nearby beaches, this apartment is perfect. If you’d like to visit Lisbon, it’s also very convenient — you can take a reasonably priced taxi or a train, which is also very easy. There are supermarkets nearby where you can get groceries, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal — all within short distance from the apartment. We had a great stay at Maria’s place ! The location was amazing, not too close to the city centre so the area was very calm and quiet but just close enough to be able to reach everything with a quick 6-10min car ride. Transportation is also super easy with a tram stop being right out the door. The host was also incredibly accommodating, and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. With any issues they were very easily accessible to reach and answered promptly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone !!

This place was so much nicer than we even expected! The balcony view is so nice, the inside of the apartment is very spacious (it was me, my partner and our nearly 2 year old son) and the location was perfect, near the beach and beautiful parks and cafes. Claudio was an excellent host, we are so grateful for this stay. He also had left us with some food/drinks which was lovely! Highly recommend and will stay again when visiting 😊

The home was perfect for our holiday. The facilities were good and well maintained. The pool was well maintained and the host was very attentive. It was very helpful when the host allowed us to leave our bags early before the check in. There is an Aldi 24 minutes walk away and a Lidl 20 minutes walk away where we could buy all we needed. Travelling into Lisbon was effortless as it was very accessible by taxi. Thank you so much Marcelo for making our stay exceptional and memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s clear the host had put a lot of time and love into their house which is why it appealed to us. We were a group of 8 best friends who wanted a relaxing holiday, exploring the local beaches, restaurants, sights and enjoying the pool which is exactly what we got, and more! We particularly loved how spacious the house was and being able to make food together and catch up in the outside dining area and on the rooftop balcony. There was an extensive collection of pans/pots/serving bowls etc which was really useful for a big group. We were only a short taxi ride to the beach where we enjoyed spending time at the beach clubs, and it was also a relatively short taxi journey into Lisbon and Almada. We would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful place, with all the essentials needed. I and two friends stayed during the power outage and Pedro was so helpful! He came along with candles for us and checked in on us during the stay. We will never forget this! Thank you Pedro!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.
