Holiday rentals with a patio in Graça

this was such a lovely airbnb! the outdoor space was so nice and the bed was incredibly comfy. the hosts were so lovely and responsive and were even happy for us to have a little bbq in the outdoor patio. they were also really helpful with local recommendations and let us leave our luggage an extra hour after check out. the only downside is that the flat is on a very busy street and people are often stopping to take pictures of the front of the building so you can’t really open the shutters in the living room, it can get quite dark and hot having them shut but better than letting people stare in! also the shower is exposed to the kitchen - absolutely fine if staying with your partner or alone but something to consider if staying with friends. overall it was a lovely place to stay - close to everything and really comfortable!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless! We had a truly memorable and enjoyable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious apartment in Belém. The real wood floors and tasteful decor made it feel both warm and elegant. The kitchen was amazing — well-equipped with great appliances — and we really enjoyed making meals there. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor patio and backyard, a perfect spot to relax. The location was also ideal: just a short walk to the Jerónimos Monastery and its beautiful gardens, as well as to charming shops and cafes in the area. Francisco, our host, was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication easy. The only minor downside was some street noise outside the bedroom window early in the morning, but it didn’t detract much from an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommend!

Hugo was very easy to get in touch with and helpful for early check in and late check out. The accommodation was very comfortable, the terrace a great addition and location great.

Daniel's Airbnb made my trip to Lisbon more enjoyable. It was a new house that I urgently saved because the Airbnb I booked in😊 advance was suddenly canceled the day before check-in, but I felt like it was a good thing because the previous house was canceled. The house is very spacious and clean, and most importantly, the sunrise view from the terrace is so nice! The proximity to the Pantheon and the station was also an advantage. When I stayed, the weather was a little cold, but the heating and hot water were also well used. Daniel was very responsive, so I was able to get an answer right away if I had any questions. I think the only downside was that the number of towels was low and the shampoo was not ready. Overall, I am very satisfied and would love to visit again if I come back to Lisbon!

Our host Sophia was extremely helpful and always responsive. My family had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this bnb for any family visiting Portugal!

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

We had an exceptional stay, in a quiet environment, and a beautiful house that has everything you could need. Each room is furnished with great taste and everything has been thought of to anticipate our needs. We'll be happy to go back

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor’s place. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated and the patio is definitely the best part. Leonor was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again :)

This was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in during our two weeks in Portugal. The space is so incredibly clean and beautiful. Like a little slice of paradise, with a sea view!! The hosts even provided snacks and beverages upon arrival. We felt very comfortable the entire time. Although the family lives on the property, they were quiet and friendly and made us feel very welcome. My only complaint is you have to communicate through a third party and they require an exact arrival time and they aren’t quick with replying to questions. I prefer to book self check-ins on Airbnb so we can take our time to travel around the country at leisure and not feel stressed about arriving at an exact time, but the third party company required an exact arrival time. So I found that a bit annoying. But the hosts themselves, who live on the property were lovely to communicate with. Highly recommend this space! 10/10

This place was so quaint. It had a well stocked kitchen comfortable bed, was very close to the train station and lots of local attractions. The personal guide was fantastic, we took their advise and had a wonderful time with both restaurants, recommendations and tourist spots. Sintra is a gem and so is this house.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

My stay here was perfect! The place looked just like the photos and it was only a 15 minute walk to the center and a 5 minute walk to many cute cafés. Nuno and Isabel were very responsive and gave us many recommendations. They also left Portuguese coffee for us to try and it was delicious!

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! Great host and apartment! The location is good and there are many nice restaurants and supermarket around the area. Will definitely come back again in our next visit in Lisbon.

We had an amazing stay in Beloura, just a quick 10-minute drive from the main attractions in Sintra. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out. One of the highlights was the patio, which opened right onto a walkway leading to the pool — perfect for relaxing. Bea was the perfect host — warm, thoughtful, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She genuinely cared about our comfort and made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was super convenient, with a great pizza and sushi spot nearby, plus a grocery store just around the corner. Only downside: the gym and sauna weren’t available — but everything else more than made up for it. Would absolutely stay again!
