The accommodation consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven/microwave, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... 2 dining areas: at the bar or at the table for 4. The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Graça um dos bairros históricos de Lisboa. Acolhedor e calmo para descansar depois de um dia na cidade. Conhecido pelos seus famosos miradouros: Miradouro Senhora do Monte e da Graça com uma vista soberba sobre a cidade, as famosas vilas operárias: Vila Estrela de Ouro, Vila Berta. A Igreja São Vicente e Convento da Graça de interesse histórico e arquitetónico. O bairro é acessível pelo Eléctrico 28, Autocarro 712 e de táxi. A viagem do aeroporto demora 20 minutos - custo aproximado 20 euros.

It is spacious, luminous and it has AC in the whole apartment! Located in the old town, Graça/Mouraria, from where you can explore the whole city by foot. The most stunning view of Lisbon, Miradouro da Graça, is 4min walk up. Well equipped for longer stays, 5G Wi-Fi and a private office. You will love it!

Located in a charming residential historic building, totally refurbished in 2018, previously occupied by the old museum of the puppet. With a great location, between the viewpoint of Portas do Sol (Alfama) and Graça viewpoint, 2 minutes walk from the famous tram 28 and 5 minutes walk from the Castle. Great to discover the city center.

Die Wohnung Armanda ist sorgfältig eingerichtet. Die kleine Wohnung liegt in unserem Altstadthaus in Sao Vicente/Alfama in perfekt zentraler Altstadtlage. Die berühmte Tram Nr.28 erreichst du in 2 Minuten von der Wohnung. Die nächste Metrostation Martim Moniz in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Unsere Idee zu Lissabon-Altstadt haben wir hier mit diesem Altstadthaus realisiert.
