Heated pool (from April 1st to October 31st). Air conditioning, fibre Wi-Fi, Netflix, 2 large-screen TVs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and a private garden. Cameras are installed in the commons for everyone's safety.

You will appreciate my flat for the district, the kitchen, the comfortable bed, the luminosity and the comfort. Shops 7 min walk. 10 min walk from Chantilly train station (and therefore 25 min from Paris Gare du Nord by TER); occasional trains pass at the bottom of the garden. 30 min drive from Roissy. Parties and pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.
