Shops and Chantilly train station are a 10-minute walk away (25 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord by TER); trains pass through the back of the garden during peak hours on weekdays (less frequent on weekends); 30 minutes by car from Roissy. Parties and pets are not allowed. No smoking in the house.
