Holiday rentals with a kayak in Goulburn River

We had a lovely stay. There was plenty of room to lounge about. The hammock is super comfy and relaxing! The huge table in the lounge was perfect for my jigsaw puzzling. The big portable fan was very welcome on these hot days. We enjoyed feeding carrots to the friendly horses, and spotting kangaroos in the paddock in the evenings. I enjoyed my daily walks at the Seymour Bushland Reserve which is only a couple of kms away, and the town itself is conveniently close. The host is very responsive and helpful. We'd love to stay again!

Loved the pool table very comfortable and clean. Good yard for our dog. Nice quiet area.

Two families had a great stay! Lots for the kids to do to keep them entertained and walkable to town for restaurants and ice cream! The lake was very accessible for morning kayak rides and a spot of fishing. Will be back!

What a beautiful location for a great house. The place is exactly as described and the lakeside walk is absolutely picturesque. The house is perfect for a large group. Great indoors and great outdoors. Belinda was great help and was able to arrange an additional heater for us upon request, which is highly appreciated. Great place to go.

The place is great if you love water sports, it has everything you need including stunning views and lots of kayaks and this and that. Loved it! Went as two families with kids and with such a close proximity to water and playground, well equiped kitchen and easy instructions it was wonderful.

it was perfect place and good to stay when you need relaxation and very quiet and peaceful place also Jane she help us to check in and very friendly very clean house and the bed's very comfy I will come back with my friend's because it's more fun when in a group of people

We were looking for a quiet family weekend away and it was just what we needed! Absolutely loved our stay - the accommodation and location was perfect. It was cold and rainy all weekend so the fireplace was a win! We still managed to explore the area a bit despite the rain, which was lovely - nice and central for some great day trips Trentham, Kyneton and Daylesford. Lovely walks around the property too! Our fur child loved her time too, she was fascinated with the kangaroos and bunnies.

It was great to stay at Kerrin’s cottage. The place has breathtaking views for sunset and is very close to Great Victorian Trail. Absolutely loved staying here.

Had a wonderful stay in the cottage for an anniversary. Great location by some beautiful state forest. Very cozy spending time by the fireplace.

The house is tastefully decorated with modern comforts, making it the perfect mix of country living and convenience. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic—perfect for morning coffee on the porch or evening walks under the stars. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and every room was spotless. Our hosts Ann and Kevin were warm, responsive, and thoughtful, even leaving a welcome treat like brownie ,local bread and wine . Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the countryside, this farmhouse is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family again . We had a great time. Sue took the time to show us around the paddocks and to feed the animals. We could then roam the paddocks at our leisure. The accommodation was just as described and had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away.

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. It's close enough for an easy drive, lovely scenery, and a very comfortable place to stay. Lancefield was the closest town which had all of the the food and restaurant options we could use. The bed was fantastic, and there were extra blankets, towels, and enough cutlery and crockery for a couple of people on a weekend away. We had tea, coffee, and very kindly some fruit and biscuits for us on arrival which made it feel right at home. The property is listed as pet friendly, and it's so well organised for the pup that we had everything at hand that we needed including towels to keep her dry when it was raining outside. The hot tub was great, and although the weather wasn't fantastic, it was lovely to spend the evening in. I could go on, but if you're reading this, and need a short stay away in the country this is the place to be.

Amazing location! Incredible set up! Just a beautiful property! The Lake was a low which made it a little hard to access, but we made it work and still caught fish, enjoyed a kayak and plenty of swimming.

What an amazing and cozy little cottage, privately located in the bush, loads of wildlife, I saw deer, roos, wallabys and wombats! Amanda and Rob were extremely accommodating and helpful and have amazing blueberry liqueur which is worth the visit alone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and cosy stay.

Cris was excellent host. Everything was there for us. Unfortunately weather wasn't good to enjoy the big fire pit. We will come back during good weather to enjoy the fire pit. Excellent outdoor settings to have morning breakfast or BBQ
