Pleasant and comfortable house in a quiet location

Located in the heart of the village, the house offers a comfortable setting for a vacation stay. Quiet, it is located at the crossroads of a wide range of tourist attractions: it is close to the sea and the main roads. Châtelaudren, Guingamp, Binic, Saint-Quay, Île de Bréhat, Paimpol, Saint-Brieuc. Pleasant, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and a small bathroom, plus a large storage room that's perfect for keeping bicycles. This is not my first rental; the reviews associated with my profile relate to that listing.

Here is our pretty Breton cocoon by the sea. Perched on the highest cliffs of Brittany, this inverted house with the living room upstairs and the bedrooms on the ground floor enjoys a magnificent view. The sea is within walking distance and the GR 34 passes in front of the house. If you're looking for tranquility, you've come to the right place. The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home, even on vacation. Finally, the well-kept and flowery garden will invite you to relax.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" cottage is a stone house dating from the 17th century. The accommodation was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate 2 to 8 guests maximum. In the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We do not accept solo travellers. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars at the front, as well as a terrace and a 1200 m² lawn at the back, which are pleasant places to meet with family or friends. The cottage is fenced.

Gîte for 4 people 79 m², located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked. Old farmhouse renovated in June 2019. Large 800 m² garden and 300 m² gravel courtyard fully enclosed and secure for children. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, and the beaches of PLOUHA, (16 km) ST QUAY (21 km) Embarcadère ILE DE BREHAT (33 km). Hiking trail 300 m away, supermarket 6 km away in GUINGAMP, train station 8 km away.

Located in Dahouët, a small port of Pléneuf Val André, Hyppolite's house welcomes you, whether you are with family or friends. You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors. It is steeped in history and if the walls could talk, they would have so much to tell us...

On a vast wooded park crossed by a small river, the house is an old flax mill recently renovated. In a bucolic setting in the middle of nature and without neighbors, you can enjoy the tranquility of the pond to recharge your batteries or enjoy a fishing trip with the family.
