Summer place in Övik's archipelago

Charming cabin with a magical view of Örnsköldsvik's inlet. On the terrace, you have sun for most of the day, and you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the terrace, there is a charcoal barbecue for your use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a small toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room, there are 2 sofas and a TV. From the sofas, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that can be used at your own risk. On some occasions, the neighbour's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will let you know beforehand!

Extra bed and crib are available. Let us know if you need bed linens. Equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, TV, etc. Wi-Fi and parking available. Motor heater for a fee. No pets or smoking. We strive for high cleanliness, so leave the cottage in a similar condition as when you arrived. Otherwise, a fee will be charged. Welcome!

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep high up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

House in Klockestrand - Höga Kusten

Ten kilometers from the Höga Kusten bridge, this cozy house is located at the bridgehead of the small Sandö bridge. The house is located high overlooking the Ångerman river. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights in the Höga Kusten area. A lovely glazed porch where you can sit and enjoy and digest the day's adventures. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel bed available for the very smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year-round living.

Cabin in Sandviken, Nordingrå

Unwind in this bright, nature-friendly cottage in Nordingrå, in the heart of the High Coast. Here you can relax, hike along the World Heritage trail, climb, paddle, swim in the sea and lake, visit fishing villages, cycle, play golf and more. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
