Full use of the home, fully fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The house is well-stocked with all new appliances and amenities for comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of downtown Stapleton and Park. The Guest House is a camera free home to insure your privacy.....enjoy our recently added structure "The Hen House"... an indoor entertaining/ smoking room.

The walking path and playground are both within walking distance and just a few minutes to the public dock and rental store for bikes, jet skis and boats. A perfectly located get away!

You'll feel right at home in this "Simply Suite" and peaceful private home. This freshly remodeled cottage has all the modern amenities, including a smart lock for self check-in and a Roku TV set up so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. A queen-sized bed and comfy chair adds to its homey feel, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a dine-in meal or a quick breakfast. Outside amenities include offstreet parking and a cozy little dining area among the trees.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. The fiber optic connection makes it easy to use your smart devices for entertainment or setup a mobile office to work remotely.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This is a 27 foot diameter yurt on a working bison ranch with beautiful pasture views. It is one of 2 yurts with a center building between with a washer/dryer and storm shelter. A car port in front will protect your car from hail. Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, hot plate burner, microwave and toaster oven/air fryer. For cooks who prefer a more traditional oven/stove there is one in the center building.

Riverwoods Bunkhouse

Enjoy beautiful river views right outside your windows in this 2 bedroom bunkhouse. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a bunkbed and two single beds. A full kitchen and laundry room will make it convenient to have everything you need. There is a shared vanity with two shower/toilet rooms next to the open concept living and dining room. Air conditioning unit is in the living room and bedrooms stay cool with doors open and fans are available.
