The boat is under construction during the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERLOOKING THIS IS APPRECIATED. In addition, there is AppleTV as well as some TV games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue grill. Warning about parties in the area. Since it's a family boat, we take turns handling the rental a bit.
