Small village, only 20 houses, a cul-de-sac. The apartment is about 70 m2. The upper floor consists of a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a bedroom and a newly renovated kitchen (autumn 2025). Downstairs, there is a large living room with plenty of storage plus a small alcove with a double bed. Private terrace. Access to a large garden. Parking in the carport.

Unwind in this unique and peaceful accommodation next to the forest. You have your own entrance to the apartment through our cozy garden. 10–15 minutes' walking distance to a swimming lake, Servicelivs, and a pizzeria. During the summer months, there is also miniature golf, an ice cream parlor, and canoe rentals. Gunnebo Castle is worth seeing. Take the bus to central Mölndal for shopping or to visit a restaurant. You can also transfer to another bus, tram, or train to explore everything that Gothenburg has to offer. Please note: We have a small, hairless dog named Harry.😀

One separate bedroom with a bunk bed where the beds are 120 and 80 cm, and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all other equipment. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Balcony with gas grill and dining area. The beach and swimming area can be reached with a short walk of approximately 300 m. A grocery store (ICA) is 100 meters away. The boat to Donsö departs from Saltholmen.

We are renting out our guest room in the basement of our lovely villa. There is a private entrance, a private toilet, a private shower, a mini-fridge and a microwave. Sheets & towels are included. A comfortable 160-cm bed and a 140-cm sofa bed. Coffee machine Nespresso including pods and a TV available. Very close to the tram (Virginsgatan & Stockholmsgata stop) that takes you to Korsvägen/Liseberg/Skandinavium & Central Station without having to change trams. NOTE: This is not a luxury accommodation; it is a basement!

Cozy basement: 3 rooms & kitchen near Slottsskogen

The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

Here in Sundhammar you can sunbathe or swim in the sea, bathing ladder, jetty or beach are 3 - 5 minutes away. Kids can fish for crabs, or try their luck at fishing from the rocks. If you have a canoe, there are great opportunities for kayaking in a marine environment. Or maybe you want to prepare and eat a good meal at sunset. If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.
