We had a great time in the holiday home Fernblick, there was enough space, everything you needed and the view in the distance simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is also a lot of nature and beautiful places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Highly furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with information very well and was always easily accessible.

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because the weather was very nice, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger enclosed garden. Everything was clean and there were a lot of basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is great!

We rented the house with both apartments. There is a large garden with a sauna, pool house and fireplace.

The accommodation is highly recommended for dog owners. Large property that is fenced. Sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom had everything you need. Arrived with 6 people and three dogs was just great. For me, there is only one point to mention, the stairs are very steep. Our older dog could not run up or down these. She then slept downstairs for the days.

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually lacks nothing - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing holiday at Stephan's apartment. The peace, tranquility and wildlife were perfect for us and we spent so much time outside in the garden. We especially loved the swimming pond which had 3 large fish in it. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. Easy to walk straight into the forest or down into Strullendorf. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely AirB&B. Stephan was very friendly and replied to messages very quickly.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you were allowed to use it as a guest.

There were four of us for an extended weekend of climbing in Franconia. The accommodation at Regina's was just right for this purpose: you can park your junk right in front of the door, it's not far to some sectors, you sleep well in the quiet rooms and you can cook something simple. For 4 it was great, for 5 people I would only recommend the accommodation if you have a small budget or if the 5th person is a child 😋 The communication and personal contact with Regina and her husband were very nice! We would recommend the place.

Super appartment, very friendly and flexible hosts. It was a very relaxed and warm stay at this place. Would recommend it to everybody that likes a silent, easy and homely stay away from home.

You can immediately feel at home in this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation. After numerous excursions on foot, ebike or car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. A welcome gift was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the likeable Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a relaxing afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. My son and I were on a father-child weekend in Franconian Switzerland and stayed with Kathi. The car is super cozy and the surroundings are fantastic with many great nature experiences. Due to the location on the edge of the village, you can quickly reach the forest and it is incredibly quiet. We enjoyed playing football or frisbee on the large meadow and went on great hikes. You can quickly reach all the tourist hotspots of Franconian Switzerland by car and Kathi gave great tips. We can definitely recommend the place!

Very nice little apartment, perfect for two people. There is everything you need. We were received in a very friendly manner by the mom and had a few nice conversations right away. The location is really very quiet and you can unwind here wonderfully. There is a lot of information material available in the apartment. So you can get to know the place better and plan your activities. Board games are also available for rainy days. It was a very nice stay, highly recommend it. :)
