Our modern 2-room apartment is located in the beautiful district of Bockswiese. Here, in the Upper Harz Mountains - the former mining settlement and today's climatic health resort - relaxation is guaranteed. In this location (570 m above sea level), not far from Bocksberg (726 m above above sea level) with surrounding Liebesbankweg, the forest swimming pool in the Kuttelbacher pond, the Auerhahn waterfalls with water playground, the Grumbacher ponds and hiking trails, there is a lot to discover.

The apartment has a separate storage room in the basement (space for bicycles) as well as free parking in the yard. For shared use: Sauna and laundry room apply fee as well as bicycle cellar

Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Enjoy the tranquility and relaxation in our well-equipped and central apartment. In addition to a pool and sauna, there is a large west-facing balcony overlooking the Harz Mountains to recover from everyday stress. For those who like it more sporty, the Harz offers a variety of possibilities from hikes (which can start right in front of the front door), toboggan rides, trails for mountain bikes to fast monster scooter descents on the Wurmberg.
