Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – perfect for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, this property offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 square metres. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

Es wurde ökologisch kernsaniert,mit alten Baumaterialien und mit liebe zum Detail wieder hergerichtet und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hast Du einen wunderbarer Blick in den Pfarrgarten. Die mediterrane Terrasse ist vor fremden Blicken geschützt. Eine nach Süden gerichtete Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. In unserem Obstgarten steht ein Bauwagen! Ein Ort für Menschen, die für einen Moment aus dem Alltag aussteigen möchten. Wer mag, kann Tieren begegnen, sie beobachten oder einfach Teil dieses Ortes sein. Kinder sind hier ebenso willkommen. Sie dürfen Natur entdecken, Tiere kennenlernen und erleben, wo Eier herkommen. Unsere Gemeinde ist ein „Ruhiges Gebiet“ nach § 47d Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz, d.h. es gibt keinen Verkehrs-, Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Freizeitlärm. Hier ist es wirklich ruhig!

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is important to know that the double bed in the attic can be reached via the stairs shown in the picture. All skylights are equipped with solar shutters, can accordingly keep out heat and completely darken.

With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

Stylish and bright apartment in the Wendland

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax.

Unser Tiny House steht auf dem verwunschenen Gelände der "Alten Papierfabrik" in Neu Kaliß, dass direkt an einem Seitenarm der Elbe liegt. Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.

Friendly apartment in quiet location

Located in a small village in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Elbe bike hiking trail near Dömitz with cafes, restaurants and shopping. A pretty lake is about 1km. The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
