In winter you will appreciate its strategic location right next to the ski slope, on a meadow suitable for bobsledding, 500m from the entrance to the Jizera main line. In summer, it offers a 3500m² large garden with a playground with swings, a trampoline, a sandpit and a playhouse. You can also use the fireplace with seating, terrace with a view and barbecue. You can ride your bike straight from the house along the ridge to the Jizera Mountains.

The reconstructed cottage (accommodation August 2017) near the pond is located near the city park in Krásná Lípa. To the center it is on the way around the pond Cimrák about 5 min. Near the cottage (2 min) is a sports area for tennis, miniature golf, children's playground, climbing wall and refreshments. A natural pond will be used for bathing. Please bring your own towels. The equipment of the cottage offers you everything you need for vacation and relaxation.
