The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the countryside can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internet access recently upgraded and fully functional.

Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
