Holiday rentals with beach access in Gorleston-on-Sea

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

Really nice apartment with a good location. Easy access to town and beach. Beautifully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bit pricey for this part of Norfolk, but given the quality of the premises, probably worth it. Only downside was a bit of road noise in the bedrooms first thing.

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

The apartment was so lovely, we had our 18 month old a with us and it was ideal. The only thing we struggled with was the heat and some noise from the road because it was 26 degrees and sunny most of the week so had to keep the windows open but that's no different to anywhere else and easily fixed with a fan from the shop down the road! It is a lovely clean and well stocked apartment and we would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks so much! Great place right at the centre in Cromer and around all the local pubs and attractions. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the future.

Great location for the beach and the local pub which served good pub food but you need to book for the restaurant. Accommodation as described, clean & comfortable. Water pressure superb, best shower ever & washer/dryer very welcome after an afternoon on the beach. Would be happy to recommend to friends & family.

We had a fabulous stay at storm cottage, great location easy walk to beautiful quiet beach, our children 3&5 really enjoyed the books, games and projector on the odd wet day we had

We really enjoyed our short break here, with 4 adults and 2 children. A nice touch having some drawing and pencils and some welcome items for the grown ups. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach was just a ten minute walk. There aren’t allocated parking spaces but we managed to find spaces easily with two cars. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great property, great host. The house is exactly as the pictures, clean and has everything you need. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham and the beach, ideal for us as one of our party had limited mobility. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again.

We stayed at Cowslip Mead for two nights it was absolutely stunning,I really could not fault one thing about this place and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful,The Annexe is full of beautiful things so tastefully thought through, unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us but we had lovely meal on Sarah's recommendation and we curled up by the log fire and fairy lights and watched TV on the TV in such peaceful luxurious surroundings ,Well done Sarah it's a credit to you thank you for the cookies and the coffee tea etc we enjoyed them ,Hope to return when in area as it's so handy for Norfolk/Suffolk cost Yvonne & Anthony

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.

Spent an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment with fantastic sea views from every window. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea on an evening. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out (even a full length mirror which most hosts do not provide). The whole apartment was spotless with an easy walk to shops and bars/restaurants. We decided to park in front of the apartments rather than using the underground garage as the access was a little tight for the larger car. We had no problems parking and generally a space was available along the street if we went out for the day. Check in went smoothly and it was very nice to have the use of a lift as we were on the second floor. There was renovation work going on in the children’s playground in front of the building but this wasn’t really a problem as the workers finished work at 4pm every day - sorry we never saw the finished playground before we left as think it will be a useful facility.

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
