Very good quality of welcome, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation with very easy and quick access to the metro, direct line to get to the heart of Paris. a really very pleasant exterior. I will return with great pleasure. I recommend it.

Julien’s apartment was exactly as advertised. It was spotless, well equipped and furnished with great WiFi. Aside from the metro nearby there’s a bus stop across the street and another one just down the corner. There are plenty of stores in the street to get any necessities. It is a working class neighborhood with many men hanging outside after working hours I never felt unsafe or intimidated as I walked around. It is a great option for an affordable place to stay outside the city.

Djelloul was very welcoming and very precise in his instructions. In addition, the underground parking is really very reassuring. The building is also very secure.

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

We all (4 of us) had a great stay. Very comfortable and Nicolas & Delphine were very helpful.

Excellent place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it. I loved the apartment, which had plenty of space and is right by the metro. Very easy to get anywhere in Paris. Claire was easy to chat with, always available and very proactive. I’ve stayed in Paris many times and would definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough - well worth the price.

Spotless spaces, great host.

Guillaume's place is just what we needed for our family of 7. It was exactly as described and an easy 5 minute walk to the Groslay station. the community is safe, quiet and gated. Guillaume and his partner were very helpful with all my questions and responded quickly. The assigned parking spot is an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a larger group at a great price.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Beautiful little accommodation perfect for 2 adults with 2 children. The neighborhood is very lively, it was really a very pleasant stay. I recommend it if you are looking for accommodation near asterix, it's great 👍

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Accommodation fully compliant with the listing, located on a quiet street. Great for a visit to Parc Astérix or the Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomed us himself, which is a nice touch.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Rarely seen beauty and perfect equipment, this is the most impressive stay I have ever had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no worries, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
