The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
