The Bacchus gîte (200 m2) is located 7 kilometers from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. It has an 80 m2 terrace with countryside views and a 3500 m2 plot. Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

You will enjoy the accommodation and its swimming pool. A large body of water (3 km perimeter) and the Coulée Verte (path along the Charente River) are a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop 300 m to reach the city center.
