Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A stone's throw from the Town Hall, in a cul-de-sac on the pedestrian street, this newly renovated apartment offers a warm and quality welcome. Located in a secure residence equipped with an elevator, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom that can accommodate two people and a spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa bed for two additional people. Bed linen, towels, household and hygiene products are provided.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
