Nearby is the center of the village with bank, sports-shop, stationery shop and butchery. The great skiing areas of Fiescheralp, Bettmeralp, and Riederalp can be easily reached by public transport.

The studio is located in the upper part of Biel VS, now part of the municipality of Goms. Goms is renowned for cross-country skiing tourism in winter and, in summer, for the Goms hiking paradise. The studio is about a 15-minute walk from the cross-country ski trail and the train station. Of course, you can also travel to us by car. Parking is right by the house.
