This 32 sq.m charming millstone house is very private with an entrance, a living room with kitchenette, one bed for two 160x200 or two beds 80x200, corner office, android TV and a big bathroom with shower and plenty of storage space. You can appreciate the calm in the heart of the Chevreuse Valley. The RER B station Courcelle sur Yvette is 9 minutes away by foot, and then 45 minutes to Paris, station Châtelet les Halles. All local shops are just 9 minutes away by foot.

It is located in an independent building with a private garden, as well as 2 parking spaces: be careful with large vehicles – max length = for Master, Trafic and equivalent. You must have a vehicle to get there, or plan a taxi, if you plan to come by RER (Chevreuse or Orsay). Sheets and towels are provided. No pets allowed.
