In a small peaceful hamlet in Bricquebec en Cotentin, the cottage "Les Tilleuls", a family home since the 1930s and a former farmhouse that can accommodate 6 people, is located 3.5 km from the small town, a small town of character with its medieval castle and shops. Cotentin is located in Normandy, where you will find the beaches of Barneville-Carteret 20 minutes away, the landing beaches, Sainte-Mère Église 25 minutes away. Cherbourg and the Cité de la Mer 30 minutes away.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)
