Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Amazing location near beautiful beach, near train station and with parking availability.

Everything is super good, the room is very thoughtful with water and plenty of coffee and tea, very thoughtful. Cons: The toilet flushing is not good, the sofa bed is not easy to operate, or maybe I didn't find the trick.

A pleasant stay. Apartment as described and practical. Easy directions to find the property and its parking. Bakery, pizzeria, snack, small shops nearby so possible without a car. The exchanges with Geraldine were very pleasant, she is responsive. For a short stay, it's always nice to find the basics on site (salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, hand soap) and the beds made on arrival. Thanks for the soap and shower gel. Very good stay, we would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a lovely 9 day stay at Petra’s beach getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurants & beach clubs. Les Cabines & SoBeach were our favorite. There is a U Express for groceries just a 5 min walk from the Airbnb. We purchased bread daily at the nearby Boulangerie Banette. We found the walk by the marina / port to be interesting with the beautiful boats and yachts coming and going. One day we kept on walking for an hour + to Antibes. The photos in Petra’s listing are accurate. Her home is tastefully decorated with a chic feel. Our favorite place to relax were her padded loungers on the patio. We found Petra to be responsive to our questions and truly appreciate her flexibility with check-in. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

It was perfect! Close to everything but quiet. The garden area was a treat as well! Looks just like the photos and is stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Nice.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

We were greeted by Cedric who gave us all the information we needed for the house and to get around. The house was already equipped with lots of things for cooking: Cedric even left us a baguette! The house is in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the bay from above. It is possible to reach the sea on foot although the return uphill is a bit tiring.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We spent a lovely two weeks here! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was a perfect home base for exploring the Riviera, and it was walkable to everything we needed - groceries, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, train station, etc. The outdoor space was so peaceful with lavender and flowers, and it felt very private. Deborah and Christophe were very kind and always responsive, providing great recommendations, too! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays - thank you!!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We loved our stay - Svetlana was a warm and helpful host who even picked us up from the train due to an unwieldy bag. She left us with wine and snacks, which eased us right into this waterfront location. The home is hundreds of years old and has some quirks (start doing stairs NOW!), but the views can’t be beat and the beds are SO comfortable. The living room is very nicely done, as is the kitchen. The master bedroom is very cozy, with a chaise to recline on and watch the super yachts go by. Great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, the Marché in 3 minutes away…it’s a magical location. We hope to return not just to Antibes, but to this home.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Unbelievable location for this immensely picturesque home. Very close to centre of Antibes, yet quiet and secluded.

This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony was our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Sincerely enjoyed our stay. The unit was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. It was only a few blocks to the train station which was affordable and serviced the entire French Mediterranean making it easy to visit many different cities in a short time. Marius and Janae were excellent hosts and even the building Maintenance Women was inviting and friendly. Highly recommend this unit. Tully & Sheila Kari
