Perfect experience! Beautiful home with beautiful views.

Very nice corner of nature in the mountains, lots of things to see in the surroundings. Many opportunities for walking and cycling in the immediate vicinity, big town 25 km away so there is something for everyone during their stay. The host is very hospitable, always available and has an open door policy with a lot of knowledge of the region. Phil is also someone with many interests and is always available for in-depth conversations and if you wish you may be involved in his daily activities with donkeys or other activities. As described, this is not a 5-star accommodation but purely basic to reconnect with oneself. In short, a very pleasant stay for nature lovers without luxury.

Thank you for your warm welcome, your responsiveness to our questions and your flexibility for our arrival time. The accommodation matches the description perfectly: large very well-equipped house, quiet, a large sheltered terrace and a very pleasant green space. The house is also very well located for access to shops on foot (5 min) or stroll along the canal. We'll be back with pleasure!

We stayed in this house for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The house is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings. The fireplace gives it a special touch, perfect for quiet nights, and the garden is huge, ideal for relaxing or just enjoying the silence and nature. The area is very quiet, you can breathe a lot of peace, and that is appreciated. Communication with the owner was smooth and very kind at all times, which made everything even easier. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, space and tranquility.

A perfect stay for a weekend with friends and kids! We had an exceptional weekend at this beautiful home. It is spacious, perfectly equipped, and ideal for a large group with children. The heated pool made everyone happy, young and old, as well as the very thoughtful game room. The three large baths allow everyone to enjoy the stay comfortably. Special mention for the fireplace that created a warm atmosphere in the evening, and for the outdoor games (ping pong, badminton, etc.) that really enjoyed the children. A peaceful place, good location, and perfect for meeting with friends. We will come back without hesitation!

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Ready to be enjoyed. Communication with Izaskun de 10, polite, attentive, kind and attentive to everything. He recommended many places and things to do and see. The pool gives the house a plus😊. Felipe and Elena are both great hosts. Extremely welcoming, kind and responsive. They made us feel home, they promptly helped when we needed anything they even provided umbrellas. The place is beautiful! Thanks to them and we hope to see them again.

A fabulous house of a typical style to the area. The under house garage was a bonus as we arrived in a cabriolet and could drive straight in without the need for putting the hood up overnight. The lake was approximately an eight minute walk with a superb restaurant 2 minutes further up on the shore. Hossegor centre was ten minutes walk which meant we rarely needed to use the car (a Godsend!) The location of the house was so quiet & peaceful therefore so relaxing. I will definitely be returning to Hossegor and will check availability of this beautiful home!

The room was tasteful, everything was very clean and very new, the bathtub was quite large. I loved it. I was very comfortable.

We had a really nice family holiday at Annie's place. The house and town are perfect for hiking in the area and short day trips to e.g. San Sebastian and to the sea. We've enjoyed it a lot.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious & comfortable apartment.We loved starting the day with coffee & pastries from the bakery at bottom of the road. The apartment was ideally situated, everything was within walking distance. As mentioned in other reviews the front bedroom does get a bit of noise but we came prepared with ear plugs & it was'nt a problem. I am sure the same applies for most properties in Bilbao as it is full of lively bars etc. If we ever visit Bilbao again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here. We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thank you!

A very pleasant weekend in a comfortable house and true to the photos . The setting is superb: a view of the woods and in the distance the Basque mountains.
