Isabel was a great host. The apartment was well organised and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, with all the basics. There is an app which operates the main and apartment doors which took a little time to download beforehand, but then worked well. A set of regular keys was also supplied.

Ivan was a spectacular host! And the location and scenery was absolutely stunning, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Peace, tranquility, a perfect weekend. Just the outside alone is worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely be back. The hostess is very kind, she answers any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your home, I hope to see you soon

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Very grateful to Conchi for the welcome. The perellonet area is very quiet, and with Valencia super close to get around.

THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE FOR GATHERING TOGETHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

I only have positive comments for this place. the house is amazing: the sauna, the jacuzziz the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also everything for a barbecue. Ideal place for both summer and winter. The village is super nice with a small church and nice people who live there. There is also a playground and a football field. Arturo gave us clear instructions. We will come back for sure! thanks Arturo!
