We loved the area & our dog enjoyed the walks down the boardwalk into Denia. It was a lovely area & we enjoyed our 1st stay on the Costa Blanca. Aitor was a fab host & made us feel really welcome.

a fantastic vacation. We have traveled as a family with children and my girl with special needs and everything is fine. And already if I put a guardrail to hold on to climb the stairs that take you to the pool it would already be a 10 of 10 . more than anything for the elderly and reduced mobility. Otherwise it's an excellent place to enjoy as a family. Thank you 😁🥳

Everything was perfect, Eduardo has been very kind and attentive. The stay was great and the villa was very careful, with a lot of detail and everything you need to spend wonderful relaxing days. Highly recommended. I would definitely repeat.

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

Great stay in Valencia, the bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a lot of kitchenware, and many common spaces. The host was very attentive and super friendly.

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

A super nice and spacious home. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden! The host was top notch and pleasant in communication. Very helpful, for example when we were allowed to drive to the supermarket on arrival.

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

My family and I had a very pleasant 10 days stay. Upon arrival, the host was very welcoming, the house was clean, and the communication was easy. The house is huge, perfect for accommodating a larger social network, and our 9-person team could comfortably accommodate! The hosts are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, communicative and we had everything! The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and calm, the view from the house is beautiful! The terrace and super pool make your stay more comfortable! All rooms are air-conditioned, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there are enough bathrooms! THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS HUGE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE FOR GATHERING TOGETHER. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The simple check in and check out, they were easy and quick. The host was very nice, helpful and attentive at all times. I had a lovely stay at Laura’s place. The house is exactly as described and the areas around Xilxes have many great things to explore. It was very peaceful and the communication with Laura was perfect. The house has an amazing ocean view and you could even hear the waves at night as it’s located directly on the beach front. The kitchen had everything you need and the WiFi was working good, also for working remotely. It was still cold somedays in April but the heating worked good. Laura gave many tips about things to do in the area. I can warmly recommend a stay at Lauras house to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing holiday.

Great place with a huge yard, perfect for families and pet friendly. The house is equipped with everything you might need, very very peaceful and private location with the beach just a few minutes away on foot. The area is a bit secluded but the village near by has some restaurants and stores Not too far from great natural parks The host is exceptionally friendly, helping and welcoming.

Very comfortable accommodation, very close to the beach and very quiet. Ovido always addressed all the questions very quickly and I advise us very well. The house is very comfortable and pleasant. Being able to get the cars inside is a convenience and more safety. Recommended for families who want to rest and have all amenities. The kitchen is a good one, it cooks very well as a family!

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

It was excellent from the beginning, Tere was quick to respond to any questions we had, I tell us how to get there easily, and once we arrived we loved its kindness and closeness, about the house in addition to being a haven of peace, the cleanliness of the house excellent, smell super well, cared for in every detail ! coffee and fruit😍 capsules, bath and pool towels, bathroom details, board games, bbk charcoal!
