Our beautiful house in the traditional architectural style is located in the middle of the picturesque Altaussee with all the shopping facilities. It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people and is about 500 meters from the village center. One of the few public swimming beaches of Lake Attersee is accessible by foot. Likewise, you can take very nice hikes right away from the house. Even in winter, enjoy the hot tub on the terrace (with views of the snowy landscape), sauna and fireplace!

Es gibt ein Upper-, Garden- und Aussichts-Deck, wo man zwischen Sonne und Schatten, Ruhe, Entspannung wählen kann.

The house has two apartments and this one is located on the first floor, it consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, lake view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, beach volleyball, water ski, bars and restaurants.
