It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there are all around mountain views and with southwest orientation a lot of sun. No very quiet location, as close to the main road (soundproof windows available)

The apartment has a new, fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room and a large bedroom with its own attached bathroom. The entire apartment (including the bathroom) has no thresholds and is barrier-free and fits up to five people (of which one child in a cot).

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

The highlight of the attic apartment is the large private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Alps in the hanging chair. The lake promenade can be reached in a relaxed 10-15 minute walk.
