For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop just 2 minutes away to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with separate entrance, is on the 1st floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. All with a lot of love for detail. There is a parking space right in front of the house.

Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. The 54 m² apartment is located in the attic of our new terraced corner house. Bakery, Butcher and grocer nearby. The train station is about 5 minutes away by foot. Lake Schliersee in 5 minutes and Lake Tegernsee in 15 minutes by car. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, skiers and bikers. Own electric charging station available. We and our 2 cats live in the same house on the first floor and 2nd floor. Shared house entrance.

Our bright and welcoming holiday apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare lakeside sauna. The boat tour's landing stage is opposite, as is a public car park, which, however, only allows free parking for half an hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the Tegernsee central car park.
