The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop just 2 minutes away to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with separate entrance, is on the 1st floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. All with a lot of love for detail. There is a parking space right in front of the house.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our bright and welcoming holiday apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare lakeside sauna. The boat tour's landing stage is opposite, as is a public car park, which, however, only allows free parking for half an hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the Tegernsee central car park.
