The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
