Underground Apartment - Poznań, Old Town

We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centrum" paid zone). For those who come by car but do not plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it is located about 800 m from the apartment and is subject to an additional fee of PLN 70/24h). We invite you to our room with a terrace, which is located in a traditional house, located in a small, quiet village of Olejnica, on the isthmus of two lakes, which run along the Kayak Lily Trail. The Strict Nature Reserve "Wyspa konwaliowa" is located here. We are the third generation to rent rooms to guests. Over the years, we have hosted many famous artists and actors, and in the early 1980s, Wisława Szymborska and Kornel Filipowicz stayed in this room several times.

The apartment is in the attic, and there are stairs leading to it. The lake is about 400m from the apartment. Near the property there is a playground and one shop😊 Bars and restaurants are located in nearby towns (Brenno, Lgiń, Wieleń, Boszkowo, Włoszakowice) Zaborowiec is a typical Polish village, it offers a perfect place to relax, walk, go boating... get away from the urban climate. Forests, meadows, lakes. I highly recommend it.
