Located in the heart of the village of Le Petit Bornand, on the first floor of a house, with a balcony and independent access. Right next door, 1 bakery, 1 grocery, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, 1 gas station. It consists of a living room with 2 double beds (1 loft bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking.
