Located on the heights, 1.5 km from the center of the village (bus stop), a car is essential to enjoy the region during your stay.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Very functional 20 sqm studio 15 minutes from Le Grand Bornand, 20 minutes from La Clusaz, 30 minutes from Geneva and Annecy. Located in the heart of the village of Le Petit Bornand, on the 1st floor of a house, with balcony and independent access. Right next door, 1 bakery, 1 grocery store, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, 1 service station. It is composed of a living room with 2 double beds (1 double bed in height and 1 click-clack), 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

CHALET DE LA LIAZ

Beautiful ground floor apartment with private terrace in a recent chalet facing the Aravis mountain range. Ideally located in a quiet area, 3 km from the center of the village, access to the ski lifts less than 1 km away with a small parking lot. You must be equipped with snow tires or chains in case of snowfall. From the chalet, there are many walks and hikes on foot or by bike. Bed and bath linens are not included and can be provided for an extra €15/person

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

At 6kms away from town–we are more than happy to welcome you in our fully independent mountain ‘retreat’. Our studio is 25 m2 with separate access and a private parking space. Yes, it’s small but still has a living room, mezzanine, kitchen and toilet/shower room. Very comfortable, modern, clean and highly practical – plus the views are breath-taking! Welcome home!
