We had the most amazing stay at this Donner Lake/Truckee gem! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip—plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even ping pong and a hot tub. for the. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close to downtown Truckee and all the outdoor adventures. We went hiking, shopping, and spent the day at West End Beach which is a 10 min drive . The hosts were super kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for families, people with pets (we brought our dog), or anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevadas. We can’t wait to come back!

A great, beautiful, place to stay. Grandparents, their children, and grandchildren in the area for daughter’s graduation from UNR, and we all were very comfortable in this spacious house. Beautiyarea to explore also. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Jennifer was a great host! Her home is beautiful and very close to all the local attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Jen was always very responsive to all questions and concerns. There is no AC in the home, however, leaving the windows open cools down the entire house! Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again! Thank you Jennifer!

Wonderful setting and home. Very central to all things in north shore/Tahoe City. We had an issue with water - the city struck a water main - and the host was very responsive in getting us info which was so appreciated. A relaxing week for sure.

We loved this Air bnb and it made our Tahoe trip complete. We would book again in a heart beat and are already hoping to come back in the summer!! Great place.

We stayed at Billy’s cabin very last minute after deciding to leave the Bay Area for a few days when every neighbor we have decided to start construction. We have two small kids and two dogs and we’re happy to find a home that was both dog friendly as well as clean and modern. They simply ask you keep animals off the furniture which as a human staying there, I can appreciate. The house flowed exceptionally well. We have a 1 and 3 year old and we were able to fit a travel crib in one room and the older in the other. I did notice they had pack and plays in a closet, they also had beach towels and a small collection of items you may have forgotten. The appliances in the kitchen were nicer than the ones in our home. The bathrooms were both spacious and beautiful. The addition of smart tv’s and an Alexa speaker were nice touches. For the dogs there was a small fenced area at the back of the house that was great for bathroom breaks. We would and have already recommended this cabin.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Caroline’s home. It had so many great amenities from cooking utensils to everything you could possibly need for traveling with a toddler or infant even. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfy! The location was great about 12 minutes to multiple beaches and Kings beach area Host was very communicative and friendly! We’d love to stay here again.

Thomas’s property is in a quiet, residential subdivision with its own beach, next door to Zephyr Cove Resort. Staying in Zephyr Cove is a great alternative to South Lake Tahoe. It’s just far enough away from town to avoid all the traffic and hoards of people, but it’s only about a 10 minute drive to Stateline / Heavenly areas. There’s even a Safeway nearby. The private beach is sandy, clean, large and was not crowded. It has beautiful views of Zephyr Cove to across Lake Tahoe and features some amazing sunsets. It’s an easy walk from the cabin with only a slight elevation gain on the walk back. In the backyard there was a little wagon we used to haul our beach gear. The cabin had plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax, and made it easy to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is large with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, glassware and dishes, etc. The adjacent dining area has a beautiful oak table with plenty of seating.

We had a girls retreat weekend in Tahoe! We felt extremely safe in this beautiful home!! It had everything and it was so peaceful! We definitely would love to book a second trip here!!!

Lovely home, very spacious, beautiful, and excellently stocked with amenities. Minutes away from the Lake, grocery store, town, etc. Fantastic and responsive hosts -- we helped refill one of the propane tanks and they reimbursed as promised! We will stay here again next time we're back in Lake Tahoe.

We loved our time in Tahoe! Everything was just as good or better than pictured/described. The kitchen especially is so large, modern and well/stocked. And Michelle was a very responsive host. We all said we would stay here again.

This house had everything you want and more. When we got there it was late so we went to bed and felt like we could melt into the beds they were so comfortable. Their welcome book told us how to operate everything in the home, places to go, restaurants to eat at, and the easy rules to follow. Super responsive to anything we asked about, always responding within 5 to 10 minutes. Very close to every place we wanted to go like Lake Tahoe, the train museum, and Virginia City was also a fun excursion. The house was very accommodating when it came to cooking your own meals including a grill, cookware, and they also provided spices and oils to cook with as well. The kids had so much fun playing with board games and Lincoln logs inside and loved the little putting range outside. Very nice and laid back home, it felt like home. We would love to stay here again when we come back as we have family in surrounding towns which were very short drives away. All in all, we absolutely loved it.

Amazing lakefront property and best place we’ve stayed in Tahoe yet! Incredible views from the main living space. Ryan, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive our entire stay. The use of paddle boards and the dock was a hit with our kids. We paddled to Garwoods, a must on every visit for our family. We had everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen utensils & the bbq. We are very appreciative to Ryan & his family for sharing their lake house with us to make our own memories and we hope to return in the future!

Loved it and would stay again. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean. A perfect way to start and end an adventurous day.

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn’t leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Every amenity is of a superior quality. There was enough for all 8 of us and we were grateful for the few spices and condiments we forgot to pack. Recently, hosts are not reachable and automated messages are all that guests have to work with. But Tarana replied to messages quickly and gave us great tips.
