Diese wunderschöne 35m2 grosse Penthousewohnung mit 20m2 Dachterrasse bietet den Blick zum direkt gegenüber liegenden Pyramidenkogel. Auch der Wörthersee ist im Herbst und Winter sichtbar. Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen-ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Chill Home - Free parking space, free Netflix

Bei der Gestaltung des Chill Home war es unser Hauptziel, einen kleinen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, der echte Entspannung ermöglicht – gemütlich und heimelig. Trotz seiner Größe von nur 27 m² enthält er alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste das Chill Zone-Gefühl erleben werden! Jeder unserer Gäste erhält einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, und die Wohnung ist zudem mit Internetzugang und einem kostenlosen Netflix-Konto ausgestattet.

Andi‘s Mountainchalet

Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
