Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

Dream Chalet Austria 1875m - Outdoorsauna and Gym

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

For those who want to enjoy the simple life, their independence and the wonderful landscape directly - or in new German: glamping at a high level. Spacious living in a small space, main room with double bed 160 x 100 cm, built-in wardrobe, mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini fridge. Separate bathroom with rain shower. Book one of our four tiny houses. Wi-Fi free zone, no TV, pure digital detox - but there is 4G reception via the mobile network ;-)

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Then you've come to the right place in the small but fine family ski and hiking area of Hochrindl.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
