Our self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. Our Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. The Manor Guest House

The Manor Guest House is compact, cosy, comfortable and very quiet. Tucked away from the road in a park like setting it is very peaceful. The bed is comfortable with cotton sheet and warm duvet as well as an electric blanket for the colder nights. The Kitchen is equipped with a bench top oven, cooktop, fridge and coffee maker. You have your own private garden which is bathed in sun for most of the day. Roughly 5minutes drive to town, town beach and about the same to the coastal beaches.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.
