Relaxing, comfortable, beach, apartment

Our beach apartment is close to the beach but has the bonus of a semi rural setting. You’ll love the peaceful surroundings, hills, trees, substantial garden and just a quick stroll to the beach. Wainui beach is famous for it's clean water, golden sand and quality surf. The local cafe has great food and coffee. Yoga studio a few doors down. The city center is only 5-7mins away. The appartment is private and tidy, it is connected to my property but has been fully separated for your privacy.

This lovely old bungalow is a house of 2 halves. One of which is a 2-bedroom dwelling ready for your visit. The dwelling is located centrally within the beautiful city of Gisborne. A 5min walk to the city and 10min walk to Waikanae Beach makes 'Kowhai on Kahutia' incredibly accessible. Recently renovated to match its bungalow bones, come and discover more history of the house and local area as a part of your stay here. Note the interior has been renovated however the exterior is still a WIP.

Self-contained flat in Whataupoko

My self-contained flat is on the ground floor of my home. It is not luxurious but it's comfortable and spacious. It has a separate, spacious living/kitchen room. My home is situated up a hill. The road up is quite narrow but not very long. There are views from the patio of the city and sea. It's close to the local shopping centre which has a pizzeria, two cafes, grocery shop, bakery, pharmacy, health food shop, ice-cream shop, liquor store etc. It is about a 10 minute walk to the shops.

Stay a few steps away from Wainui beach, along Moana Road. The one bedroom apartment has a great view of the beach from the kitchen, living area and bedroom. Spacious lounge and bedroom, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is a deck outside which is great to sit out on and watch the sunrise. The Okitu store is 1km away, there is a cafe (Zephyr) a 3 minute drive away and the City Centre is a 10 minute drive. Perfect place for a couple or a single for a relaxing getaway.
