Heating. 22 m² with parquet flooring, double bed 140 x 190, dining area (microwave, coffee maker and fridge), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and linens. (Not suitable for 2 workers who do not sleep together and want to cook as well as children and infants) 1 closed parking space at the entrance for cars.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Small new apartment of about 30 m² located 12 minutes from Hourtin Plage and Lake Hourtin-Carcans, 26 minutes from Pauillac and its estuary, including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed 2 places, corner Kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi. Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!
