A large 25 m2 wooden terrace and a small outdoor area will allow you to enjoy the available deckchairs and sun loungers in peace. Vergnes beach is 600 m away, very easy access on foot, 7 km away is the listed village of Talmont (accessible by bike via a bike path).

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
