Loft holiday rentals in Gippsland

I stayed for 6 days. The apartment is easy to reach with public transportation. The only thing to consider is that the apartment does not have a lift. It is on the first floor, but there are stairs to reach the ground and first floor. The apartment is small and does not get too much natural light at this time of the year. But it is creatively arranged to have enough space for some yoga stretches, comfy readings by the window, cooking, and working in the designated desk. It really feels like a real home and not just a business airbnb, this makes it more comfy. The bed and pillows were perfect for my taste. The listed amenities were met, and many of them eco-friendly. The pool is not heated, I didn't use it because the weater was cold. The neighborhood has many options to explore and it is walking/tram/bus distance to many places like Nova cinema, Melbourne Uni, readings bookshop, etc.I definitely would consider staying there again.

We had a very pleasant stay, close to many great eateries and as well as a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for anyone travelling through Melbourne.

Terry's Warehouse Apartment is fantastic . The location is second to none with every part of Melbourne CBD at your fingertips. Check in was effortless and Terry was prompt with any communication . The little extra touches that Terry supplies are lovely and make you feel right at home . We had a marvellous stay and look forward to staying again in the future .

It is a great set-up to host a family of 5. The space was clean and tidy, plus big enough for our kids to find their own space when required (parents as well). Great location for exploring Melbourne. Our host Philip was always responsive and the instructions were clear.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights in your lovely place. Suited us perfectly as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Well equipped kitchen was a bonus as we self-catered most nights. Thank you.

A comfortable and tasteful studio apartment. A unique experience. Very quiet and private. Very close to the beautiful beach and a major traffic thoroughfare. Has a small bathroom which people should be aware of. Host was very attentive even while on holiday in Europe. Great for one to two people. Does also have a single bed.

Jeff was an attentive and proactive host who helped to create a great weekend in Melbourne for our family of six. The apartment has very convenient transport links into the city and beyond, a well stocked and comfortable kitchen and living room and super comfortable beds. We loved the rooftop pool and access to the gym.

Our stay with Antonius was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His house was immaculate and provided the perfect setting for a wonderful family getaway. When we discovered that the pillows in the room weren’t quite right for us, Antonius immediately went above and beyond—he actually went out and bought new pillows to make sure we slept well. This thoughtful gesture made the kids super happy (they still talk about those pillows!), and they adored the entire place. If you’re looking for a host who is attentive, sincere, and truly goes the extra mile, Antonius is the one. We would happily give more than five stars if we could!
