Holiday rentals with beach access in Gippsland

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakefront@Tyrolean. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with all the modern amenities for a comfortable and relaxing break. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the lake and an excellent base for scenic drives to Thredbo, Perisher, and Charlotte Pass.

This has honestly been my favourite Air bnb I have ever stayed at! Everything about the stay was perfect! Location was magical, Catherine is a beautiful human with a magical soul! Honestly was perfect! And we will 100% be coming back! We also kept extending our stay we didn’t want to leave!

Tim is a very great host, very responsive and described everything in details. The place is even more beautiful than what it’s looked like at the photos. Homie, cozy, and has everything you need.

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

We had a wonderful time in Merimbula. Fiona’s place was the ideal location for us - 10mins into town and we lucked out with the winter weather so could walk in and out of town at leisure. It was peaceful, serene and the exact thing we needed for a long weekend getaway !

Shack No.2 was exactly as described in a fantastic position 1 block from Cowes main shops and restaurants. Cindy was a great host, even checking that we were warm enough when the wet and cold winter weather arrived. Phillip Island is a great holiday spot and coming back to the Shack every night was relaxing and cosy. thanks Cindy

Mari place is peaceful and well appointed. Location is great. On checkout day, Mari was accommodating to let us store our luggages until we get back from the cruise tour at 12pm. We have a pleasant stay! Thank you Mari.

Just spent a wonderful 4 days at beautiful Coast Nest with my friend. The house was so cosy, beds really comfortable and living area perfect to curl up with a book or watch a movie. Lovely bathroom and a second toilet off the laundry which was great. Whole house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Great to have wifi and a smart TV available. Very peaceful location with lots of birdlife in the garden and 5 min walk to the wonderful local cafe and the beach. Heather communicated clearly and was very responsive re any questions. Will definitely come back, highly recommended.

Had the best time in this magical place. Sunrise in the morning straight from the main bedroom is the highlight! Massive living room with ocean views is just perfect!!

This is our 2nd time at Simon's place. there were a few upgrades there but we missed the games table, it was sent for repair. That was actually the highlight but there were still other things to do. we would still love to go back, it's such a very nice place !!!

A really lovely home in a beautiful location. Kainen was fantastic as a host - super helpful and really responsive. The house was comfortable, a great size, really private and walking distance to the Cape Tavern and the Zeal and Flow cafe (which had incredible pastries and coffee). I'd absolutely recommend this property for a gorgeous getaway.

Great big house with plenty of beds. We really appreciated the toys, books, high chair etc. Everything kids needed was there. Highly recommend

Our stay at Louise’s place was perfect. It’s very convenient as it is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the pier. Louise was very prompt in replying to any messages I sent. The house was very clean and tidy. Thanks Louise.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.
