We had a wonderful getaway as a family! The place was great: everything as described, very clean and great kitchen amenities. The beds were comfortable. The view wonderful! Waterfall and beautiful large playground within walking distance. By car only a few minutes to the hikes. A great area. Highly recommend the place. Our host was always available on site and allowed a flexible (very late) arrival without any problems. Very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast with a view outside the front door. Simply beautiful! Perfect with kids.

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic holiday home. Our stay has met all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

The chalet is beautifully located up high in the mountains, about half an hour driving upwards from the valley. The final streak is somewhat narrow, but drivable (might need a 4x4 and snow chains in winter though). We were a group of 5 guys and had a very nice long weekend.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

We were there with the family over Pentecost and can only report good things. Pictures correspond to reality or the kitchen has been completely modernised and renewed. Esther is really very friendly and ready to help if you have any questions. She is a very warm person who also has good tips in rainy weather. We can really recommend it, because the location is also great! (Completely surrounded by mountains, simply fantastic!)

We had a lovely stay here! Tina was a very gracious host, making sure we had what we needed and going above and beyond several times. This is one of the most unique properties we've stayed at, and we were impressed with the design and how comfortable it was despite being "tiny". We loved exploring Stubaital -- the house is conveniently located with a grocery store nearby and a number of restaurants within walking distance. We did have a car but the bus made it easy to get around the valley. We'd love to return in the winter for skiing and to make use of the fireplace!
