Monthly Rentals in Gingoog City

We had a very pleasant stay in Maria's place. It was exactly what we need after a very tiring drive from Davao City. It is spacious and doesn't feel cramped even if it can accommodate up to 10pax. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided. The place looks clean and smells clean. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Even if there was a fan provided, you may not need it because of the cool breeze in the area. Blankets were provided for each one of us and we slept soundly. Waking up and drinking coffee with the nice view by the veranda was a great way to end our stay in Maria's place!

Wow what an amazing stay at this beautiful place in Gingoog city, so peaceful, immaculate house, well worth it and the host and her brother David were fantastic and extremely helpful . Thank you again for a wonderful experience will definitely be back.

A very cozy place, would recommend if you want to unplug and just chill❤️ all amenities in a house are there and they have a very relaxing view of the mountains❤️ Ms. Keren is very responsive and the caretakers are very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay. It’s like you are in a different country. ❤️

Been to a lot of Airbnb's but this is the best so far. I get to enjoy Gingoog more. It is has best aesthetic beach vibes. The shore area was perfect. The salt water is so clear tho you might need goggles to enjoy the aqua tint of the underwater. They will serve you breakfast at your preferred time. We were a bit lucky I guess because we were offered to checkout anytime at our convenience. The place is so nice. Loft type. Bed at the top, kitchen and bathroom on the ground level. You can dine inside but it's a lot nicer outside coz they have tables & chairs. The series of bulb lights and coconut trees made it more aesthetic. There's also a balcony with an electric fan to fend off insects. Also, 7/11 is just nearby. I haven't reviewed this much before. I just love the place and they deserve good feedbacks. If you want to loosen up, you have to try this place. WORTH—EVERY—PENNY. PS. for future guests, place is Villa Tita, adjacent to Gingoog Hospital, just beside the Gingoog banner.
