Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Additional information is of course available in the apartment.

Our elegant & cozy apartment (60 sqm), in a quiet location & close to the S-Bahn Gauting (S6) offers everything you need to enjoy your stay - whether you're on holiday in the beautiful 5-lakes region (Starnberger See 10 min, Ammersee 25 min) or are here on business. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

Ich biete mein teilrenoviertes Haus zur Miete an. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer Seitenstraße. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Puchheim erreicht man in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Zur Stadtmitte / München Marienplatz braucht man ca. 30 Minuten. Ein privater Autostellplatz ist Verfügbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer im OG. Im EG gibt es ein Gäste WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist noch nicht fertig renoviert, kann aber trotzdem eingeschränkt benutzt werden.

Fußweg zur S-Bahn: 15 Minuten, Dauer S-Bahn von der Station "Steinebach" zum Münchner Hbf: 40 Minuten. Der See ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary)

The accommodation (barbecue) with 3 terraces invites you to experience the lake Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The centrally located 3-room apartment is a place where you immediately feel at home. It is equipped with everything your heart desires and perfectly located. Both the S-Bahn, as well as the lake and supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are within easy walking distance. You can also quickly reach the A96 Munich/Lindau by car. The underground parking space also has a wallbox. But see for yourself - pictures are known to say more than 1000 words.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
