When you step out the door, you are immediately between the terraces and shops, walk another +/- 100m and you are at the Pikmeer where you will find options to rent a (sailing) boat. After a fun day in the area, relax on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room, you step into the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

Borger ligt vlakbij de bossen en heide, ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers en wandelaars! Verken de omgeving via diverse wandelroutes zoals het Pieterpad en het Drenthepad. Voor wandelaars is er vervoer beschikbaar. Op loopafstand vind je ook het Hunebed Museum, dat een bezoek zeker waard is.

This centrally located vacation home in Appelscha has all the comforts. The spacious luxury house is right in the center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house has a spacious bathroom, an outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, floor heating, pellet stove, air conditioning. The house has two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.
