We are ideally located between Hanover and Hildesheim right on the edge of the field. The fair is only about 15 minutes away by car. Hildesheim with its World Heritage Site is also 15 minutes away. Hikers, cyclists and dog owners can start at the door. Nearby are a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The independent apartment is quiet, cozy and stylish. The basement will only be completed in 2024, with half-timbering, small kitchenette and fireplace. We are happy to welcome you to the EulenNest!

Dear guests! We like to welcome you in our USA & Bike home! Only 10 minutes to walk to the tram station to Hannover & fair. You life in your own little house with a separat entrance. Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

Unsere 75 qm große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit WLAN und Mitbenutzung des Gartens eignet sich für Geschäftsreisende und Touristen. Unser Dorf liegt ruhig und verkehrsgünstig (in 20 min) zwischen Hildesheim und Hannover - direkt an der Bundesstraße 6 und in der Nähe der Autobahn 7. Öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Grundstück. Vom Nachbarort Sarstedt fährt die Bahn in 12 min nach Hannover. Supermärkte nah. Wenn gewünscht, besteht Anschluss an unsere nette Familie. Fahrrad vermietbar.

A colorful, spacious attic apartment (approx. 55 square meters) with kitchen awaits you, close to the S-Bahn connection (approx. 2-5 minutes' walk, depending on the direction of travel) to Hanover and Hildesheim. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2016 and has a maximum ceiling height of 2.25 m. One bathroom offers a bathtub with sink and mirror cabinet and the other a hand sink and toilet. The living room offers a sofa, TV and, if needed, a children's play corner.

The apartment is located in the village Hasede between Hildesheim and Hanover. With the optimal connection by the B6 to both cities, the apartment is a good starting point. Especially for exhibition guests, it offers a quick connection to the Hannover/Laatzen exhibition center (by car about 13 min). In addition you are within a few minutes in the nature. The forest "Haseder Busch" and also the "Osterberg" invite you to relax.
