Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Giens Peninsula

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbours who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. Wonderful stay!!! The sea as far as the eye can see, the calm, no neighbours... the dream. The house is ideally located within walking distance (via the coastal path) of small coves perfect for swimming. The pool is simply perfect. Four bedrooms with their own bathroom, so you don't step on each other! Céline was very welcoming and available for all our questions. In short, an address to remember! Thank you Céline

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

Exceptional apartment. We spent a week (end of April early May 2025) just great. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The quality of the building, its position close to the center of Giens and the ballad departures make it really a perfect place to discover the peninsula and the surrounding corners. Françoise and her husband are very attentive and have great tips. Of all the listings we've rented so far (about 10 years old) it's really at the top of the list!

I higly recommend Julien’s apartment in Hyeres. The position of the Villa (as the apartment is inside a Villa) is in a residential and peaceful area, very elegant and elevated on a hill. From there is possible to see old Hyeres , Villa Noailles, the Golden Islands and the sea. Julien has an incredibile garden which is very simular to a botanic garden with various kind of trees, Flowers and bushes. The apartment is higly refined with Design furniture and tailormade elements: beautiful. The garden hosts a beautiful pool with sea water, sorrounded by Pine trees, cypressi, and buganville. Our staying in this house was unforgettable.

The apartment is very well equipped, close to the pier for the boat. The residence was quiet (April) with lots of greenery. That's lovely. And you can see the sea from the balcony!

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.

I stayed in this studio for a few days and everything was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and equipped with quality materials. The private terrace with sea views and access is a real plus. The residence is quiet, secure, and offers many facilities accessible to all: deckchairs, petanque court, barbecue, ping-pong table. Everything is designed to ensure a pleasant stay, whether as a couple, with family or with friends. The location is ideal for enjoying water activities nearby, while being quiet. Having a car or bicycles is a real plus for exploring the Var coast. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, a real favourite!

We had a great time at F***y's place. Her accommodation is very nice and very well located. We also slept well on the sofa bed, the mattress is good quality. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. Very good communication with Fanny and Jo, they are responsive and accommodating hosts. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s flat, Sophie was always responsive and her husband Pascal was a very friendly face who was on hand to show us around. The flat was lovely and had everything we could need for a short break in Hyeres and would definitely recommend this place to others!
